Top-Tier Plumbing Solutions at Your Service

This is my genuine review for JC Plumbing My Genuine Review for CJ Plumbing Last month, a friend highly recommended Carlos at CJ Plumbing, telling me that several of our other friends had used him and were very happy with his work. Another friend simply said, “We love our plumber, Carlos!” So, naturally, he was the first person I called. Carlos arrived right on time, assessed the problem with our water heater, and explained what might be wrong. He tried to repair it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixable. Since the unit was over 20 years old, it was time for a replacement. He gave us his recommendations and a quote, and after careful consideration, my brother and I decided to go with a tankless water heater. As with any older home (ours was built in 1956), the installation came with a few unexpected challenges. Old pipes broke and needed replacing, and we also discovered issues with the bathtub shower plumbing and fixtures that required additional work. Through it all, Carlos was thorough, patient, and thoughtful. He took the time to explain everything along the way, and we truly appreciated his professionalism, consideration, and the care he put into getting the job done. In the end, we are very happy with the results! We are grateful to have found a plumber we can trust and will absolutely be calling CJ Plumbing again whenever we need their services. We highly recommend CJ Plumbing! And now we can say it too — We love our plumber, Carlos! The Herrera Family Last month I was highly recommended by friends who have used CJ PLUMBING & HYDRO JETTING from Hacienda Heights and have been very happy with their work, another said, We love our Plumber Carlos!

Carlos and his team went above and beyond with my utility sink installation. What seemed like a straightforward job ended up having some unexpected challenges, especially when we discovered the drain pipe went into the concrete block. Carlos was able to work around the situation, get the P-trap/drain setup figured out, and make everything work properly. His team really stepped up and did an amazing job getting everything completed despite the surprises. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right. So glad I found Carlos and his team. It’s great to find an awesome local business that you can trust. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience with this plumbing service after discovering we had a slab leak. They were quick to come out, locate the problem, and block off the affected line until they could return to complete the repipe. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Communication was great throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I also really appreciated the little things, like wearing booties over their shoes to help keep the house clean. When they returned to complete the repipe, they worked quickly and efficiently. They laid down tarps to keep dust and dirt to a minimum and were very careful while working inside the house. They only needed to cut one hole in the drywall to complete the job, and they even patched the hole when they were finished. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and the level of service. The whole process was much easier than I expected, and I felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.
