He was very punctual, extremely professional, very informative and super kind. Since it’s an older home, he did warn me before hand of the possibility of underlying issues that may need to be addressed once he got started. Understandingly I gave him the ok to proceed and he immediately got to work. Luckily none of those issues arose and it turned out to be just a kitchen faucet install. I will without hesitation and with total confidence call Carlos again for a few other plumbing issues that need to be resolved around this old house. Carlos was excellent. I had a kitchen sink drain that was completely clogged, and the first plumber who came out was unable to clear it. Carlos made time for me between jobs, showed up quickly, and had the drain unclogged in less than 30 minutes. He is an owner/operator, and it really shows in the quality of his work. He was knowledgeable, experienced, honest, professional, and very easy to talk to. He explained what was going on, gave helpful advice, and provided a lot of value without trying to upsell me.
