What seemed like a straightforward job ended up having some unexpected challenges, especially when we discovered the drain pipe went into the concrete block. Carlos was able to work around the situation, get the P-trap/drain setup figured out, and make everything work properly. I had a great experience with this plumbing service after discovering we had a slab leak. They were quick to come out, locate the problem, and block off the affected line until they could return to complete the repipe. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. Communication was great throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I also really appreciated the little things, like wearing booties over their shoes to help keep the house clean. When they returned to complete the repipe, they worked quickly and efficiently. They laid down tarps to keep dust and dirt to a minimum and were very careful while working inside the house. They only needed to cut one hole in the drywall to complete the job, and they even patched the hole when they were finished. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and the level of service. The whole process was much easier than I expected, and I felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.
