Carlos is very knowledgeable, skillful and a genuine honest person. He charged fairly even when he encountered complexity and had to put in extra hours to get things done correctly (in our case, to replace a house main valve), he still honored his estimate. This is the second time I worked with Carlos. Last round, I wanted to switch to tankless water heater. He came in more than once to do the estimate. At the end, when he heard me not like to do/pay for the annual maintenance. He told me it is absolute necessary due to LA’s hard water. He also explained to me the Northern California, where I came from, is perfect for tankless water heater because the water is soft by nature and it never requires annual maintenance.

He was very punctual, extremely professional, very informative and super kind. Since it’s an older home, he did warn me before hand of the possibility of underlying issues that may need to be addressed once he got started. Understandingly I gave him the ok to proceed and he immediately got to work. Luckily none of those issues arose and it turned out to be just a kitchen faucet install. I will without hesitation and with total confidence call Carlos again for a few other plumbing issues that need to be resolved around this old house. He accepts many forms of payment, like the obvious cash and credit cards, but he even accepts Zelle and Venmo. I want to thank you Carlos for taking my call and coming out to do the faucet install. This without a doubt was the most pleasant and stress free service call I’ve ever had with any plumbing service. I have finally found my go to plumber and will highly recommend to anyone in need of a true professional!! Carlos is the absolute Best!!

CJ Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater for me, and they did an excellent job. Since my old water heater was leaking, they made my project a priority, which I really appreciated.
