This one started as a backed-up, flooded mess. The main sewer pipe was completely overwhelmed - standing sewage, no access, no easy way to service the line. That's a problem we see more often than you'd think, especially in older homes where the sewer system was never set up with future maintenance in mind.

We came in and hydro jetted the main sewer pipe to blast through the buildup and get things flowing the way they should. Hydro jetting isn't just a quick snake job - it uses high-pressure water to fully clear the line from the inside out. Grease, roots, debris - it gets all of it. That's what this line needed.

On top of the cleaning, we installed a 4-inch floor level clean out access point. This is a big deal for any homeowner. Without a proper clean out, the next time the line needs service, a plumber has to go through the roof vent or pull a toilet - neither of which is fast or cheap. A ground-level clean out gives direct access to the main line, right where it counts.

The finished clean out cap is set flush and accessible, making any future sewer service straightforward. That's the right way to leave a job. Not just fixed for today, but set up so the next service call - if there ever is one - is quick and clean instead of a whole excavation process all over again.

Sewer line problems don't get better on their own. Whether you're dealing with slow drains, backups, or you just know your home doesn't have a proper clean out access, that's worth looking into sooner rather than later.
